Portland International Raceway is located in North Portland, midway between downtown and Vancouver, Washington. They may want to consider advertising on Vancouver buses. I’ve included rates there as well.

Portland Kings: A #25 showing is 66 units, normally $31,680 net space rate/4 weeks.  We will discount 10% to $28,512 net space rate/4 weeks.  Additionally, if they go for additional kings in Vancouver, we will discount  Portland Kings 15% to $26,928. Vancouver Kings: A #25 showing is 17 displays, normally $8,160 net space rate/4 weeks.  We will discount 10% to $7,344. Production is $110 per display.  Here is a link to Vancouver market info.

Salem Kings: A #25 showing is 17 displays, normally $8,160 net space rate/4 weeks.  We will discount 10% to $7,344. Production is $110 per display.  Here is a link to Salem market info.

They may also want to consider Portland benches and shelters.  Here is  a map of 20 7-11 locations in Portland, with benches and shelters located within .2 miles. As you can see, we have locations nearly on top of almost all stores. We can discount both benches and shelters 15% if the go for #25 showings:

Portland Shelters: 24″ x 84″ A #25 showing is 42 displays, normally $19,740.  We will discount 15% to $16,780 net space rate/4 weeks.  Production is $160 per display.

Portland Benches: 47″ x 68″ A #25 showing is 42 displays, normally $8,400 net space rate/4 weeks for specific locations.  We will discount 15% to $7,140 net space rate/4 weeks.  Production is $60 per display.
