BRAD KLEINER, Vice President / General Manager – Northwest Transit Division – Portland, Oregon. Brad Kleiner is the Vice President and General Manager for the Lamar Northwest transit division. He graduated from the University of Oregon School of Journalism with a BA degree in Advertising. After graduation Brad worked internationally with a number of advertising agencies, including J. Walter Thompson in Istanbul, Turkey. He gained additional experience in agency and media sales in Mexico and Japan before returning home to Oregon. Brad has been in Portland with Lamar Transit for 15 years working in local and national sales. Brad and his wife of 12 years are the proud parents of three amazing girls, Lucy, Delaney, and Zoë. bkleiner@lamar.com

STEVE GIESBERS, Sales Manager – Northwest Transit Division – Portland, Oregon. After spending 3 years in Salem, OR, as a sales person and market manager for Obie Media, Steve became the Sales Manager just as Lamar was acquiring Obie in late 2004. His prior experience includes broadcast television sales and 10 years in the hot tub business. Steve lives in Salem and enjoys anything that allows him to spend time with his family and friends. sgiesbers@lamar.com

MICHELLE METZ, Office Manager / Biller – Portland, Oregon. Michelle has been with Lamar for almost 9 years. She started out as the receptionist, and was promoted to position of Office Manager 2 years later. She also took on the additional responsibility of Biller in early 2008. Originally from Minnesota, Michelle moved to the great state of Oregon in 1982. She graduated from Southern Oregon University in 1999 with a BS in Business, and has resided in the Portland area for the last 9 years. YORK HAINES, Director of Transit & Development Portland, Oregon. The out-of-home industry has played instrumental chapters in York’s professional career, including buying billboards as a marketing executive for hotel companies, and as a paid lobbyist who successfully defended the rights of billboard owners in numerous battles. For the last 10 years, York has served as Director of Transit & Development for Lamar, dealing with public agencies in an effort to obtain long-term contracts for out-of home products. Currently he serves as a member of the American Public Transportation Association and is an active member of the marketing committee. Throughout his advertising and marketing career York has received numerous national awards for creating successful out-of-home advertising campaigns created on behalf of United Way and the hospitality industry. In Oregon he received acclaim from Governor Tom McCall for helping to create the first of its kind tourist information program located off interstate highways throughout Oregon. York enjoys spare time activities like travel, gardening, tennis, golf and skiing. He is a business graduate from St. Martin’s University in Olympia, Washington. yhaines@lamar.com

TRAVIS HOWARTH, Operations Manager – Portland, Oregon. Originally from Eugene, Oregon, Travis transferred to Portland in 2005 to assume duties as Operations Coordinator. In 2006, he moved into the role of Operations Manager, overseeing transit installation in southern Oregon, along with ad bench and shelter installation in Portland. He has over 10 years experience within various departments of Lamar, including work as a billboard installer, prepress technician, and graphic designer. DANIELLE BARRETT, Senior Account Manager – Portland, Oregon. Danielle is a University of Oregon Graduate. She spent 3 years enrolling students for degree programs at the University of Phoenix, where she obtained an MBA before joining the Lamar team. She has been an account rep with Lamar since May 2004. Danielle is passionate about travel and happy whenever she is exploring a new place whether it’s in Mexico, Europe, or a town in Oregon she has yet to discover. MARJORIE DUDLEY, Account Executive – Salem, Oregon. Marjorie joined Lamar in January of 2008. She has been in sales and marketing for over 5 years professionally (a total of 9 years if you count knocking on doors selling books for the Southwestern Company throughout college). Marjorie earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Western Michigan University. She is now proud to live and work in Salem. Marjorie has recently taken on running as a pastime and hopes to work up to a half-marathon by summer 2009. She also devotes her free time and her passion to serving as a Board Member and Development Committee Chair for Liberty House, an organization whose mission is to help children and families heal after abuse. mdudley@lamar.com

HEATHER GOGUEN, Senior Accounting Coordinator – Portland, Oregon. Heather joined Lamar in Portland in February 2008. Originally from Massachusetts, Heather graduated from Harvard University in 2000. She has also lived in California and Hawaii before moving to Portland. Heather has 9 years of accounting experience in various industries, with a specialty in accounts receivable. Heather also has experience in internet sales and marketing, and supports national ad sales in the Portland office. As a relative newcomer to Portland, she enjoys exploring Oregon and The Rose City and writing about her adventures. RACHEL HALL, Account Manager – Portland, Oregon. Rachel is a Portland native. She graduated from Portland State University with a BS in Accounting but threw away her bean counting tools to pursue the exciting world of advertising. Rachel has been enjoying her view of the underside of the Ross Island Bridge from her office in the Portland division for almost 3 years. She joined the team after spending 5 years with Rasmussen Mercedes-Benz. Outside the office Rachel is an outdoor enthusianista (the female form of enthusiast, not found in Wikipedia yet but she’s working on it): she enjoys the slopes in the winter and the greens in the summer, and can also be found at the occasional Blazers game or on the kickball field. rhall@lamar.com

KORI HIRANO, Receptionist / Operations Assistant – Portland, Oregon. A native Oregonian, Kori moved from Eugene to Portland in 2006, and began working at Lamar soon after. She has 8 years of customer service experience, which provides the backbone to her duties as the receptionist and in assisting the sales and operations teams. Outside of the office, Kori spends her time wandering around bookstores and volunteering at various creative arts organizations in Portland. khirano@lamar.com

LIESL MCLEAN, Market Manager – Eugene, Oregon. A 2000 Southern Oregon University graduate, Liesl began her career with Lamar in April 2006. She has 9 years of sales experience in the Eugene area. She really enjoys the diversity of her job working with both her clients and the local transit district. Liesl is a social butterfly and belongs to many local organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Eugene Active 20-30 Club, Lane Leaders Association, and her personal favorite, the King Estate Wine Club. Liesl loves to go shopping and entertain friends. In their free time Liesl and her husband, Brandon, kayak, ride ATVs on the dunes, and watch U of O athletics. Alyssa Proulx Account Manager – Portland, Oregon. Alyssa is a University of Arizona Graduate. Go Wildcats! After college, Alyssa spent time working on the agency side of advertising for VMS Voicetrak, followed with time as a sales rep for Clear Channel Radio in Tucson. After visiting her sister in Portland numerous times, she decided that Portland was the place for her, and made the road trip up to the Pacific Northwest. Alyssa spends every second she can outdoors, rock climbing, mountain biking and trail running, and enjoys traveling to the coast whenever possible. aproulx@lamar.com

TAMMY REYNOLDS, Account Manager – Portland, Oregon. Tammy joined Lamar in Portland in December 2008, bringing with her over 15 years of sales experience. Prior to joining the team, she spent 5 years in the financial industry and 6 years working for a Fortune 500 company in sales and operations management. An avid Ducks fan, Tammy graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Accounting. It took her only two years working in public accounting before realizing that she had much more to offer in the world of sales. Outside of work, Tammy spends time with her 10 year-old son, Colton, and their adorable mutt, Ava. A lifelong resident of the Portland area, she enjoys taking advantage of all the city has to offer, but also loves getting out of town and exploring new places whenever possible. treynolds@lamar.com

LEE TRACY, Senior Account Manager – Vancouver, Washington. Born and raised in Missoula, MT, Lee graduated top of his class from the school of Hard Knocks. He has a passion for adventure and has always loved the thrill and challenge of competitive sports and anything new and exciting. This is what compelled him to embark on a professional sales career in 1995. Lee joined Lamar Transit in Spokane in 2001 as an Account Executive. Naturally bent for excitement and adventure, he quickly found that he was perfectly suited for advertising sales. In 2002 he moved with Lamar to Tri-Cities, WA, where he was a Market Manager, selling and managing the day-to-day operations, inventory, and installs of advertising on the bus fleet. Since 2003 Lee has worked for Lamar in the Vancouver/Portland area where he resides with his beautiful wife of 6 years. He has 2 wonderful children, a son, Kohl, and a daughter, Jadyn, who share his zest for life. During his recreational time Lee enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing, running, kick boxing, hop scotch, jumping jacks, board games, Texas hold ‘em, time with family and friends… pretty much anything other than sitting still and doing nothing! ltracy@lamar.com
