Half of Corvallis is populated by students mainly residing within the Oregon State University boundaries. It is the fifth largest metropolitan statistical area in Oregon. Corvallis has a well known reputation in business, technology and education.

Tourists consider this city an outdoor destination.  Covallis has manypublic and private recreational facilities, as well as 60 miles of bike and running paths, excellent backpacking, mountaineering, canoeing, camping, snow skiing, and bike touring. The city annually hosts a number of festivals and celebrations within its historic district, which contains architecture and buildings dating to the mid 1800’s.

Corvallis has no local TV or radio options for the city. Transit advertising is the only strong solution to reach local buyers. The transit district is able to reach all parts of the city and the university campus.
